By agreeing to this document you are stating that you and all concerned parties will Photos By Warren LLC and all affiliates and subsidiaries are not liable for any damages or bodily harm sustained from the use of 360 Video booth. Under no circumstances shall the Sub-Adviser be liable for any loss arising out of any act or omission taken by another subadviser, or any other third party, in respect of any portion of the Trust’s assets not managed by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to this Agreement.
